Interior of a white room with three walls visible. On the back wall a four paned window with stars against a light blue sky. On the right, bare papers are nailed or taped to the wall, one of which has a red number 16. Against the left wall a bare canvas with two legs projecting from its center, each surmounted by a pair of eyes. In the center of the room an assortment of surreal objects and forms: a ladder, small apples, a pair of hands atop a container, and a purple, breasted eel-like form.
